Under the roof of an indoor swimming pool, the stories of three different women coincide. Eight-year-old Lilo wants to finally swim without swimmies. Kira, a competent businesswoman, chases the elusive speed of the waves, while retiree Frida secretly longs to jump from the 10-metre tower. In the microcosm of the swimming hall, they each discover what it means to be strong in their own way.
